Customer Success Story
Dave,
I just wanted to let you know how pleased Patie and I are with the work
you did on the Oriental rug we brought you. Truly we were embarrassed
by the condition we had allowed our pets to put this previously valuable
possessionin. It was hidden
from us for a while and then we thought we had stopped the damage. When
we brought it to you I had no illusions that we would be able to use it
again in a place of prominence, but now the odor is gone the dying you
did was appreciated and it is in our living room under our Yamaha Baby
Grand.
Thank you. Woody and Patie L.

Many area rugs are hand woven works of art. These hand made works of art, when taken care of properly will outlive many of us and can be passed down from generation to generation. Their value goes far beyond the cost of the rug. With an amazing product like MicroSeal, these woven treasures can be protected from accidental spills and spots and from UV lighting that will damage and degrade the fibers. If you have a highly valued rug, MicroSeal is a one time investment that will keep your rug looking its best for many lifetimes.
Many times we are asked how much we charge for cleaning wool area rugs. I always respond that not all rugs are made the same so they are not all cleaned the same. We clean everything from silk and wool true hand knotted oriental rugs as well as a variety of inexpensive department store rugs. Most wool rugs cost about $3.00-$4.00 per square foot and most synthetic rugs cost about $1.75-$2.50 per square foot.

How We Clean Rugs
As professional area rug cleaners, we recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to cleaning area rugs. Because all rugs are not constructed the same, they CANNOT all be cleaned the same. What works great on hand knotted Persian rugs would ruin a tufted wool rug. We always perform a thorough inspection on each rug to check for weaknesses and dye stability and then design a cleaning plan based on several factors: How the rug is constructed, types of soil, level of soil, type(s) of fibers used and the stability of the dyes.
